By booking your vehicle with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1.Bookings and Service
1.1 Our services are, for provided from OR Tambo International Airport. Any booking that will require a car to be dropped off at Lanseria Airport will attract a surcharge as this is deemed as an extra value-added service.
1.2 Bookings through our website are deemed to be complete once final confirmation of the booking has been sent via WhatsApp or e-mail.
1.3 Telephone bookings are deemed to have been made once confirmed by a representative from Menzi’s Parking Solutions.
1.4 All services are subject to parking space availability at our premises or the availability of a driver to take the vehicle to a value-added service provider or location.
1.5 We reserve the right to not to accept or fulfil a booking.
1.6 All prices are quoted in South African Rand and are subject to change at short notice.
1.7 We charge per calendar day, not per “24 hours, or part thereof”. Please pay attention to this when making a booking as this is the normal pricing policy in the industry.
1.8 While every effort is made to ensure that collections and deliveries of vehicles are done at the requested times, Menzi’s Parking Solutions does not accept responsibility for delays to its service that are caused by circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, traffic congestion, roadblocks, delayed flights, bad weather, security alerts, etc.
1.9 The car will not do more that 15km whilst in our care, but please ensure that there is enough fuel in the tank when you drop it off.
1.10 Please ensure that your departure and return flight times are correct to ensure timely delivery of service.
1.11 Should your flight be delayed by 30 minutes or more, please inform Menzi’s Parking Solutions by WhatsApp or SMS. The updated estimated time of arrival for the flight must be please communicated just before take-off.
- Payment
2.1 Full payment for the service is expected before the vehicle is handed over to the owner.
2.2 If a payment by card is declined, other means must be made immediately to pay for the service, either by cash or electronic funds transfer. No e-wallet, Cashsend or such will be accepted.
2.3 Increased duration of stay will be paid for by the client at the applicable rate for the number of extra days
- Cancellations and Curtailment
3.1 A booking may be cancelled without penalty at any time prior to the date for which the service has been booked and a full refund will be made if already paid for.
3.2 If the booking duration has been cut short, only payment for the number days parked with us will be expected. If payment in full has been made, a full refund for the difference in days will be made.
- Liabilities and Other Terms
4.1 Should it, in the highly unlikely and unfortunate event, happen that a vehicle is damaged in our
car and it is our fault, we undertake to take care of the repairs to the damage as a gesture ofgoodwill to our clients.
4.2 As much as we promise that we will take care of all your valuables left behind in the car, please ensure that you leave as little as possible to ensure that none of our staff members get tempted.
4.3 We will always report any minor bump or damage to your car while it is in our care; therefore, any claims for damage will only be considered if reported immediately after the vehicle has been handed over at the terminal.
4.4 The owner agrees that the vehicle is licensed and complies with all the requirements of the Road Traffic Act or any other applicable legislative requirements in terms of South African laws.
4.5 We accept no liability for faulty car keys, alarm fobs, house or other keys left on the keyring.
