In order to give you peace of mind while you are away and your vehicle is with us, we would like to pre-empt some of the concerns we have had directed at us about leaving one’s car with “strangers”!
Will my vehicle not be driven around and abused while I am away?
No, we record the kilometres when you drop it off and we urge you to check them on return. Our parking premises are only 4kms from OR Tambo International; your car will not be driven much.
Will my car be driven by competent drivers?
All our drivers are well trained and experienced; we will never train somebody to drive with a client’s car.
Will my car not be bumped or scratched while I am away?
We promise you not. When we pick it up, we record all the minor scratches, bumps and dents to ensure that we remain careful and accountable with your vehicle.
Will my car keys not be copied, and my car later stolen?
Not at all! The long-term sustainability of the business is far more important for us than toying with our clients’ trust through dishonesty.
Will my possessions that I left in the car not be stolen?
Our promise to you is to take good care of your car and your possessions and protect them as if they were our own as we value your return business. Everything in the car will be returned to you.
Will my car not be parked in the open?
No, during the entire duration of the car’s stay, we will have the car parked under carport and protected from the sun and other elements.
